In order to provide the quality service that Solocue Internet Solutions prides itself in, we require all of our customers agree to our Acceptable Use Policy, in addition to our terms of service agreement. You agree to our Acceptable Use Policy upon signing up for an account or upon payment, whichever comes first.

Solocue Internet Solutions provides web site hosting, web site design, domain name registration, reseller services,  marketing solutions and development tools. Solocue Internet Solutions has certain legal and ethical responsibilities consisting with the use of its server, software, web sites, and equipment involved in these services.

Solocue's general policy is to act as a provider of internet presence. Solocue has specific ethical concerns regarding the use of its computers detailed below. Solocue reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Solocue when we decide that the account has been inappropriately used.

Solocue Internet Solutions recognizes that the internet is very powerful. It is expected that our customers use our services and the internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the rights of other Internet users.

As a service provider to the Internet community, Solocue's Acceptable Use Policy is designed to produce a better environment for all users of the Internet community. Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use.

Solocue Internet Solutions offers this policy with the following rules:

Illegality, In any form, including but not limited to activities such as unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, and other illegal activities. This also includes using Solocue services as a "middle-man" for any illegal activity.

Solocue Internet Solutions make no representation and give no warranty as to the accuracy or quality of information received by any person via our services and we shall have no liability for any loss or damage to any data provided by any of our services. You shall effect and maintain adequate insurance cover in respect of any loss or damage to data stored via our services.

You represent, undertake and warrant to us that you will use the Web Site allocated to you only for lawful purposes. In particular, you represent, warrant and undertake to us that.

You will not use the Server in any manner which infringes any law or regulation or which infringes the rights of any third party, nor will you authorize or permit any other person to do so.

By visiting this site and/or establishing a relationship with Solocue Internet Solutions, you agree that you will not post, link, or transmit:

1. Any material which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, malicious, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, blasphemous, profane or otherwise objectionable in any way.

2. Any material containing a virus or other hostile computer program.

3. Any material which constitutes, or encourages the commission of, a criminal offence or which infringes any patent, trade mark, design right, copyright or any other intellectual property right or similar rights of any person which may subsist under the laws of any jurisdiction.

• You will not send bulk email whether opt-in or otherwise from our network. Nor will you promote a site hosted on our network using bulk email.

• You will not employ programs which consume excessive system resources, including but not limited to processor cycles and memory.

• We reserve the right to remove any material which we deem inappropriate from your web site without notice. We do not host Warez, Adult or illegal audio and video content, or other material for which you do not have permission to use.

• You shall keep secure any identification, password and other confidential information relating to your account and shall notify us immediately of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account or breach of security, including loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of your password or other security information.

• You shall observe the procedures which we may from time to time prescribe and shall make no use of the Server which is detrimental to our other customers.

• You shall procure that all mail is sent in accordance with applicable legislation (including data protection legislation) and in a secure manner.

• In the case of an individual User, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and if the User is a company, you warrant that the Services will not be used by anyone under the age of 18 years.

• Any access to other networks connected to the servers must comply with the rules appropriate for those other networks.

• You cannot resell your web site space, data transfer or other features if you have a virtual web hosting account. Reseller Services customers can resell their space, data transfer, and other features to customers directly below them. You cannot sell your own reseller plans.

• While we will use every reasonable endeavor to ensure the integrity and security of our services, we do not guarantee that our services will be free from unauthorized users or hackers and we shall be under no liability for non-receipt or misrouting of email or for any other failure of email.

Solocue Internet Solutions greatly condones any form of network abuse including but not limited to activities such as using a nonexistent return e-mail address on a commercial solicitation, spamming (sending unsolicited advertising to numerous e-mail addresses or newsgroups and/or generating a significantly higher volume of outgoing email than a normal user), trolling (posting outrageous messages in newsgroups to generate numerous responses), mail-bombing (sending multiple messages without significant new content to the same user), subscribing someone else to a mailing list without that person's permission, cross-posting articles to an excessive number of newsgroups, or attempting without authorization to enter into a secured computer system.

Solocue Internet Solutions advises against tortuous conduct including but not limited to posting of defamatory, scandalous, or private information about a person without their consent, intentionally inflicting emotional distress, or violating trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

Solocue Internet Solutions condones the misuse of system resources including but not limited to employing posts or programs which consume excessive CPU time or storage space.

Any violation of the acceptable use policy is subject to the terms found in our terms of service agreement. Solocue Internet Solutions reserves the right to determine what is "acceptable use" and what is not. Solocue Internet Solutions reserves the rights to do what is deemed appropriate by Solocue Internet Solutions if there is violation of the acceptable use policy.

Reporting Abuse
If you wish to report a violation of our acceptable use policy, we invite you to e-mail us at abuse@solocue.com. When you e-mail us, please be sure to include the customer's domain, the specific violation, and a link(s) to the content that is in violation.

All former Interact Digital Technologies customers, sub-networks, resellers and dedicated servers of Solocue must adhere to the above policies. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

We reserve the right to determine and/or modify our Acceptable Use Policy at any time.
